The Recruitment and Career Committee (RCC) deals with all issues related to DC recruitment and career development, The RCC assists the PIs in selecting candidates, ensuring fair and equal opportunity selection procedures. In addition, it provides all DCs with personalized career advice, and tracks their subsequent employment opportunities of the DCs in order to assist them in finding appropriate employment at the end of the project. It overlooks the creating of the Individual training and Career Development Plan (ICDP) (D6.1). It deals with any scientific misconduct issue in collaboration with the coordinator.
