The Supervisory Board, is responsible for overseeing project reporting, internal controls, and audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. The SB will meet every 6 months (remotely or in-person), or sooner in case there is any need. The SB will deal with strategic decisions will ensure the efficient training and high-quality supervision for each ESR and will monitor the progress of the CoCoGel via deliverables and milestones. It also will take, if necessary, the decisions implementing any required changes according the contingency plan. The SB will also implement an efficient communication among partners maximising networking benefits and will overlook dissemination and outreach activities. Scientific publications and patents will be closely monitored and in view of IPR. Finally, it will deal with any disputes and possible scientific misconduct in coordination with the respective committees.
In addition to the members below two DCs will be elected in the 1st review meeting (M12) when all DCs are expected to be recruited.
