Our European research project, CoCoGel, delves into the fascinating world of Soft Matter, with a focus on Colloidal Gels. Hosted at the Institute of Electronic Structure & Laser (IESL) – Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas, this meeting featured thematic sessions on:

🔹 Tuning colloidal gels through external fields & shear
🔹 Effects on inclusions & applications in various systems
🔹 Hydrodynamic interactions and gel structure/yielding
🔹 Computer simulations of colloidal systems
