Objectives

Effective research and financial management and monitoring of CoCoGel. Achieve the technical and training targets of the project. Represent the network and communicate with EU officers. Handle IPR, potential risks and gender issues. The management consists of two sections: Daily management and regular reporting

Description:

Task 8.1: Legal, Financial and Administrative Coordination (FORTH, All)
The coordinator will manage all aspects of the project (legal, administrative, financial, etc.) on a daily basis in accordance with the GA and in close collaboration with a dedicated manager hired for the project (on full or part-time basis) and supported by the thematic committees

Task 8.2: Set up of committees: Supervisory Board, Steering Board, International Advisory Board, Recruitment and Career Committee, Training and Secondments Committee, Outreach and Dissemination Committee and Network Committee.

Task 8.3: Scientific Coordination (FORTH, All) The coordinator supervises the work progress supported by the WP leaders and PIs of each Beneficiary. Specific Tasks: Notify due dates and remind deadlines; provide “easy-to-use” templates. Collect contributions and prepare a report. In addition to the official Periodic Activity reports, 6-month interim reports will be prepared. Organize project meetings.

Task 8.4: Oversee IPR Protection Protocols (FORTH, All) Handled by the Coordinator and supported by all the legal offices.

Task 8.5: Promote Gender Balance and Family Friendly Conditions (FORTH/TUD, All) Support/encourage female ESR participation. All activities will take into account family responsibilities and constraints for both female and male ESRs
